Key Responsibilities :

• Record and analyze entries for assets, liabilities, and equity accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collecting and reviewing financial data.
• Prepare and input journal entries, including accruals.
• Validate expense classifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the financial close processes, focusing on inventory, cost of goods sold, and related general ledger accounts.
• Oversee equipment rental billing processes and maintain invoicing records.
• Compute and submit U.S. and GST sales tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors by organizing supporting schedules and documentation.
• Develop customized financial reports by analyzing data and identifying trends.
• Collaborate with team members on various tasks and provide cross-functional support.
• Handle additional assignments as required.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $50k - $55k
