IT Support Specialist
Grapevine Faith Christian School exists to develop and graduate authentic Christian leaders.
Position Summary :
The IT Support Specialist supports the mission of our school by being the primary contact for all tech requests. The Specialist fills a crucial role by providing help for users and troubleshooting technology problems in a timely manner. Work is performed under limited supervision. The Specialist will report to the IT Director.
Status : Full-Time / Hourly / Non-Exempt
Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility of this position is to troubleshoot all tech requests; including troubleshooting problems with PC hardware and software.
- Conducts maintenance and upgrades of computer and mobile devices.
- Resolves helpdesk tickets.
- Sets up users network accounts and assists with data backup, software installation and system configurations for users.
- May be on call for emergency response for equipment and software issues.
- Maintain and uphold the religious standards of Faith Christian School to include the Lifestyle Statement, Staff Covenant and Statement of Faith.
- Responsible to disciple, instruct and actively pray for the students on our campus.
- Responsible to reinforce a Biblical Worldview in every workplace interaction with both students, staff and faculty.
- Other duties as assigned that are closely related to this position.
