Job descriptionFamiliarity with MBS software is a plus. Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans is beneficial. Strong mathematical skills are advantageous. Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success. High School Diploma or GED required. Must reside in or around Englewood, CO (this is an on-site position). Hourly pay : $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience). 401k match program. Paid time off (PTO). Full benefits after 60 days , including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, flex benefits, and life insurance. Comprehensive training and career growth opportunities. Entry-Level Estimator - Metal Building Industry

Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator to join our growing team at Armstrong Steel , one of the nation's leading manufacturers of pre-engineered metal buildings. The ideal candidate will assist in estimating buildings using MBS (Metal Building Software) and ensuring all inputs, outputs, and customer requirements align with design contracts.
Essential Functions :
- Review MBS job inputs , including building codes, loads, openings, and other specifications.
- Perform the initial design of buildings before final review by a Professional Engineer , incorporating any necessary revisions.
- Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
