- Prepare requisitions for purchase
- Change air conditioners’ filters and clean fan coil as directed
- Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities
- Cleans work areas and disposes of trash and debris
- Performs tests and inspections of pool equipment and chemistry
- Other duties as assigned
