Job description
About the Role : We're hiring a Professional Land Surveyor (PSM / PLS) to join our team. Bring your expertise in land surveying to projects in a collaborative, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities :
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
- Interpret and draft utility as-builts.
- Review title documents and ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Read, plot, and locate land descriptions for easements and parcels.Requirements :
- LS, PSM or PLS License (Florida required).
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability for 40+ hours / week with optional weekend work.
