Entry-Level Manager Responsibilities : Oversee and guide a team of entry-level associates in building meaningful relationships with community members and potential donors, ensuring memorable interactions that align with our mission. Collaborate with team members to develop tailored strategies that meet the needs of our charity partners, addressing service-related issues and enhancing overall satisfaction. Assist in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Manage day-to-day operations of fundraising events and outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with best practices. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure exceptional client service and retention efforts. Stay informed about our programs, services, and industry trends to guide your team and maintain a competitive advantage in the charity sector. Entry-Level Manager Qualifications : High school diploma or GED; further education in a relevant field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar field is preferred, with at least some leadership or team-oriented experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to both clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to travel to our office located in Albuquerque.
