The firm provides top-tier legal services in a collaborative, client-focused environment, representing insurance agencies, industrial clients, and other entities.
Job Description : The firm is seeking an experienced litiagtion defense attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex litigation, with a proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial work. The firm provides aggressive, effective defense strategies while maintaining a collegial and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Defend clients in multiple types of complex litigation.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft complex legal documents.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses, consultants, and other attorneys to develop and implement defense strategies.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate for clients' interests.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
