Entry Level Accounting & Finance Analyst at Aston Carter in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description : A finance organization that focuses on agricultural companies is currently hiring for a Deduction Analyst. This individual will have a self-starter mentality to efficiently work in a fast paced environment helping out the deductions team in processing orders and converting those to invoices. The client is currently looking for a Jr-level candidate with 1-3 years of experience and will disqualify those who are overqualified. Pay - $21 / hr. - $23 / hr. (depending on overall qualification and tenure following requirements below) Location - Boise, ID Schedule - Hybrid; 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote (of their choosing). 2-3 weeks training will be Fully Onsite (M-F). 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Contract Duration - 5 Months Responsibility : + Process orders and convert them to invoices. + Assist the deductions team in their daily tasks. + Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as needed. + Perform data entry and invoice processing. + Conduct collection activities as needed. Qualifications : + 1-3 year in an Accounting, Finance, or Deduction position (any candidates with 5-10+ years of experience will be disqualified for overqualification). + 1+ years of experience in a food manufacturing, agricultural, consumer goods, or big box industry experience. + Must be local to Boise, ID and comfortable working onsite (any candidate with current out of state location will be disqualified). + Strong Excel and Outlook skills. + Strong computer literacy. Disqualifications : + Overqualification (5-10+ years of experience) as this client is looking for entry-Jr. level accounting & finance candidates looking for growth. + Not local to Boise, ID. + Not comfortable working onsite. Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
