About the Role :
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator to support the centralization of onboarding. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, ensuring new hires have a smooth and well-organized experience. If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn, this could be a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive and engaging environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Open tickets for hardware, software, and system access for new hires
- Meet with new employees, guide them through onboarding, and provide a welcoming experience
- Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding and assist hiring managers in administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot basic IT-related onboarding issues (e.g., setting up Outlook, email signatures)
- Ensure all onboarding-related processes are completed efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve onboarding operations
What We’re Looking For :
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail – You keep things on track and ensure accuracy
Collaborative mindset & communication skills – You work well with hiring managers, new hires, and internal teams
Basic IT knowledge – Comfortable with setting up email and navigating system access (can be trained)
Ability to learn quickly – No specific industry experience required, just a proactive and adaptable approach
2-4 years of office experience preferred, but open to recent graduates eager to grow
