Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus is seeking applicants for a full-time biller in our accounting office. We offer medical benefits after 60 days, immediate 401k participation, and discounts on vehicles, parts and service. The chosen candidate must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV
• Prepare stock cards for new and used vehicles
• Receive and process paperwork from the finance department
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
• Auto car deal biller experience preferred
• Post vehicle sales and purchases
• Input inventory control information
• Register extended service policy contracts
• Ensure the name and address filed are updated on an ongoing basis
• Prior CDK experience preferred
• Other duties as assigned.
