Job Title : Machine Builder

Location : Gates, NY

Job Summary : A growing industrial automation company is seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our team. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively with other disciplines. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the skills, knowledge, and motivation to produce high-quality work.

Shift & Pay :

Shift : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

Pay Rate : $37,400 - $69,000 annually (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities :

Perform manual and CNC machining (including programming).

Assemble and troubleshoot industrial machines .

Assist in the design and fabrication of industrial machines.

Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems .

Read and interpret machine drawings and blueprints .

Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.

Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in machine building.

5+ years of machining experience (manual and CNC).

Trade school education or equivalent experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings .

Experience with welding , fabrication , and industrial assembly .

Strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics .

Journeyman License (Preferred).
