Position Summary

At TAIER, we believe great flavors come not only from our kitchens but from the

passionate people who drive our success.

The Field Recruiter will play a vital role in TAI ER's growth by proactively sourcing,

attracting, and hiring top talent for our Bay Area and North America restaurant

locations.

You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to build a systematic

recruiting framework, streamline hiring processes,

and position TAIER as an outstanding restaurant group within the region

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and create

targeted recruiting plans.

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for management and hourly roles aligned with TAIER's culture.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing methods (social media, referrals, job fairs, etc.).
  • Develop and implement standardized recruiting processes and selection
  • standards.

  • Build a systematic and standardized recruitment framework for TAIER North America operations.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize hiring
  • practices.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and actively promote the TAIER
  • employer brand.

  • Support background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Train Operations managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field). 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant, fast-casual, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for food, people, and strong alignment with TAI ER’s mission and culture.
  • Willingness to spend over 60% of working time at restaurant locations and travel within the Bay Area.
