Job descriptionProactively source, screen, and interview candidates for management and hourly roles aligned with TAIER's culture. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing methods (social media, referrals, job fairs, etc.). Develop and implement standardized recruiting processes and selection Build a systematic and standardized recruitment framework for TAIER North America operations. Track and report key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize hiring Ensure a positive candidate experience and actively promote the TAIER Support background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Train Operations managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods. Ensure recruiting practices comply with all labor laws and company policies. Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field). 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant, fast-casual, or hospitality industries. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. Passion for food, people, and strong alignment with TAI ER’s mission and culture. Willingness to spend over 60% of working time at restaurant locations and travel within the Bay Area.
