- Provide administrative and operational support across departments (scheduling, reporting, documentation, logistics).
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor, organize, and update data, files, and shared resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and other employee support tasks.
- Help track and report on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
