We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Research Analyst to join our team.
Requirements :
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- ETMS2 proficiency
- Experience with training the military to support civilian authorities at the national, regional, state, and local levels.
- Must have an effective team builder with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills : provided formal presentations, wrote information papers, and conducted briefings for senior leaders up to the four-star general level.
- Extensive experience as a public speaker at conferences with DoD and USG interagency audiences.
- Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approach for testing, with thorough understanding of analysis techniques.
- Experience leading test team development of problem decomposition, issue identification, operational measures, test design, data collection, and data evaluation methods.
- Experience developing and administering surveys and subsequent analysis of survey responses.
- Requires 9 to 12 years of experience in operational testing and analysis.
- Top Secret Clearance (Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI).
