IL GATTOPARDO is looking for Pastry Chef responsible to collaborate with Executive Chef on the pastry department development, menu execution, production and service, with a real passion for desserts, a great attitude, and exceptional work ethic. We are seeking for a w ell-rounded pastry professional with fine dining experience including creation, plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking, ice cream production, etc.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience on fine dining pastry environment, knowledge of Italian ingredients and techniques, good communication and teamwork skills.
