We’re looking for a motivated, mechanically minded individual who is eager to learn and grow into an HVAC Technician role within our diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties.
About the Role :
As an entry-level HVAC Technician at R&R Realty, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of HVAC systems across Class A office buildings, flex office spaces, warehouses, and multifamily apartments. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, curious, and ready to build a long-term career in the skilled trades.
Your Day-to-Day May Include :
Learning & Development : Receive on-the-job training from experienced technicians to build your HVAC knowledge and skills.
Assisting with Troubleshooting : Help identify issues with HVAC systems and learn how to diagnose and repair common problems.
Vendor Coordination : Work alongside external vendors and learn how maintenance, repairs, and installations are managed.
Preventative Maintenance : Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to support system efficiency and longevity.
Hands-On Experience : Gain exposure to a variety of equipment, systems, and building environments as you grow your technical skillset.
What We’re Looking For :
We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn . A great candidate will have :
Mechanical aptitude or experience in a hands-on / technical role (automotive, maintenance, construction, etc., a plus but not required).
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to understand how systems work.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently once trained.
Willingness to obtain required HVAC certifications with company support (EPA Certification required within a specified timeframe).
Willingness to pursue a journeyman license as part of the position requirements.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
