We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in managing unionized payroll processes across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ADP Advantage software and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in HR administration is considered a nice-to-have skill.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll accurately and timely for both union and non-union employees across multiple states and globally.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll and union requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required by management and regulatory agencies.
- Assist in HR administration tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration as needed.
