Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Las Vegas operations. This is an opportunity to help take the lead on profitable, design/build commercial projects and grow with a division of the more stable contractors in the Las Vegas area. - Building: Experience in design-build tilt-up, light industrial warehouse construction; Ground Up AND Tenant Improvement projects.
- Preconstruction: Ability to help manage front end process and assist with all duties associated with the initial phases of a construction project as it evolves throughout it's lifecycle.
- Communication: Honest, open communication with all parties; in-house and external. Situational awareness in not only a leadership capacity but also a hands-on team member who can not only manage people but also projects.
- Design/build: As stated above, the ability to be involved in the initial steps of the construction process are important in addition to being comfortable working in a collaborative environment where you will have constant input and interaction with design, engineering, ownership, estimating and all city/county officials necessary to help with permits, infrastructure, entitlements and due diligence as needed.
