As a Benefit Specialist, you will build long-lasting relationships with clients, guide them through the insurance process, and provide peace of mind by ensuring they have the protection they need. Key Responsibilities : Client Outreach : Contact clients who have inquired about their benefits to schedule consultations. Benefit Reviews : Conduct virtual benefit reviews via  Zoom , discussing the options and coverage available to clients.
