Job Description

This is a entry-level sales position in Dallas with clear and direct advancement to the Energy Consultant position, and immense growth potential with a growing company. Applicants with previous canvassing or solar sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

The initial primary responsibility for this position will be lead generation via door-to-door canvassing and working your pipeline. You will be in the field marketing directly to homeowners and setting up meetings with our solar energy experts. No sales experience is necessary and training will be provided.

This is a performance-based position with a realistic annual income potential of $60k-$120k, with direct advancement and training to the Energy Consultant position and closing your own accounts within 3-6 months. There are multiple opportunities to increase your compensation via performance goals and bonuses. Advancement and growth opportunities consist of clearly-defined, production-based metrics, and are realistically attainable within 3-6 months. (We've had top performers advance within 30 days)
