In this leadership role, you'll oversee housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial operations across our campus, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulatory requirements. Here's what you'll do :

• Lead and support the housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial teams.
• Ensure resident apartments, guest rooms, and shared spaces are clean and welcoming.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Schedule staff and manage daily task completion.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure accurate resident billing and support budget adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
