The ideal candidate would also have experience with construction stormwater permitting and compliance, Section Water Quality Certifications, and floodplain permitting
  • You will also be tasked with preparing technical reports, work plans, and other environmental documents to support environmental permitting, and you will prepare regulatory permit applications (e.g., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Act Section permit applications and Section Water Quality Certification applications, Rivers and Harbors Act Section review requests, and Section National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit applications). You will also lead agency consultations for threatened and endangered species and manage desktop environmental assessments to identify potential permitting requirements. This role may require occasional field support for wetland and waterbody delineations, habitat assessments, and site inspections. Expected travel is less than 15%; overnight travel may be required
  • In this role, you will use your excellent technical writing and communications skills to provide support to project teams and will be involved in mentoring junior staff. You will also assist with the growth of new and existing client relationships through delivery of quality work and data. You will be an important member of the Enviro Socio Permitting team interacting with other ecologists, cultural resource specialists, planners, engineers, senior technical experts and project / program managers as part of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications & Experience :
