The Division Environmental Manager supporting division associates with state OSHA standards and implementing the Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS), focusing on OSHA inspections, storm water, air quality, and wetlands modules. Additionally, you will interact regularly with the Regional Environmental Manager (REM), Director of Construction, regulatory agencies, and division associates.

Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits :

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $67,724.80 - $96,738, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations.
