Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 located in Smithfield, NC. This is a manager opportunity at Johnston Smithfield, which is a 200 bed hospital that's part of the UNC System. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Environmental Services operations at the main hospital and will also oversee 3 other locations. This is a 2nd Shift position (2 : 00pm start time) with night shift responsibilities, that includes weekend and holiday rotation. Ideal candidate will manage a team of 25 employees. Areas of responsibility include outpatient areas, Surgery & Procedure rooms, Discharge flow & Floor Care Maintenance. Position is based out of UNC Johnston Hospital at Smithfield, NC, but also includes coverage at a Medical Mall which is located 5 minutes from main hospital.
What You'll Do
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

- strong patient throughput;
