This role focuses on interpreting diverse data, including sell-in/sell-out, historical sales, trends, and seasonality, as well as cross-functional collaboration to build robust forecasts. This person is responsible for proactively monitoring forecast accuracy, identifying bias, and recommending data-driven corrective actions.

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts for all product categories (core assortment, new launches, events, and collateral materials) across relevant channels.
  • Gather and analyze data (e.g., sell-in/sell-out, historical sales, trends, seasonality) to build an accurate forecast.
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out planning in line with global and local marketing plans, stock availability, and sales performance to support smooth transitions and minimize obsolescence and service risk.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify bias, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.

Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration:

  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings with markets to collect key inputs (e.g., local initiatives, visual merchandising guidelines, marketing events/animations, PR actions) and ensure market specificities are accurately reflected in the forecast.
  • Establish and maintain effective, collaborative communication channels with markets and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned forecast assumptions.

Supply Coordination & Risk Management:

  • Communicate and coordinate with Global Supply team on major forecast changes and sell-in versus forecast discrepancies to protect service and stock levels.

Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain demand planning systems and forecasting tools; contribute to ongoing process and system enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain standard reporting and dashboards and provide ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or a closely related analytical role.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting principles and demand management (trend/seasonality analysis, forecast accuracy measurement, basic modeling concepts).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data structuring, analysis, and reporting).

Schedule:
