Multifamily Project Manager

A well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of local work and a reputation for excellence, this company offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on impactful projects across the region.

About the Role: The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow with a culture-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong background in ground-up and/or renovation projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software
