Role Summary
The Enablement Analyst is a hybrid strategic–operational role that combines enablement operations, VOC insights, analytics, and light marketing / communications to support agency and Account Manager readiness. This role connects data, product functionality, and enablement communication into a single, streamlined workstream. The Analyst translates business needs, client feedback, and system gaps into insights, product improvements, and clear messaging that drives adoption and reduces escalations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pulse Product Ownership / Enablement Tools & Execution
- Own execution of the enablement tools roadmap
- Maintain structured intake process for VOC, Account Manager feedback, and agency escalations.
- Oversee adoption, usage, and agency behavior.
2. Insights, Analytics & Reporting
3. Voice of Customer (VOC) Synthesis
4. Enablement Marketing & Communications (Light Marketing)
Account Manager toolkits
5. Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance
