Job descriptionReview and manage clients' insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist clients in policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations. Help clients file claims and track their claim status. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional insurance products. Present and explain new insurance offerings to clients. Help clients understand the benefits and costs of various policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the insurance management system. Prepare and submit policy quotes and proposals. Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations. Work closely with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure proper coverage. Collaborate with sales teams to attract and retain clients. Liaise with claims departments to manage and resolve claims efficiently. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and new products. Ensure clients’ policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Licensed Insurance Agent). Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management is often required.
