Work you'll do / Responsibilities
The Applications Manager oversees the Application Analyst I / II who is support their respective Epic Application(s) core functions of the health system's processes. Responsible for overseeing the Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation across their relevant application area. Collaborates with Operational and IT leadership in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements. Maintains high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application. Works directly with Operational leadership to help ensure end user feedback is documented and input into the system design and capabilities appropriately. Oversees the system design, including functional specifications and strategies, with their application areas, based upon the analysis of specific operational needs assessed by their team. Develops strategy around best workflow practices and how to apply to system configuration in support of overall Operational / IT goals. Monitors application area timelines, provides status reports on progress, and reports out on their team's oversees unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes. Works with their corresponding application team analysts to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed. Follow defined standards, promote best practice principles, and participate in change control process. Optimizes, maintains and supports application / system as required. Works effectively as a team leader to achieve team goals and objectives. Provides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues during Activation as applicable. Initiates escalation procedures. Identify potential issues and refer more complex issues, escalating to leadership where applicable. Builds rapport and always promotes teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principles. Lead meetings as needed, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan. Meet application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reporting. Timely project and data tracking with input of weekly time tracking.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.
Qualifications
Required
- Certified and experienced in Epic Anesthesia.
- 10+ years of experience with EPIC Anesthesia
- Experienced in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
- Role is remote
