We’re searching for a Technical Trainer to join our growing Technical Support team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do :

As a Technical Trainer , you will be at the heart of our product training efforts, providing comprehensive, hands-on instruction and support to both internal teams and external customers through engaging, role-specific technical training programs. You’ll :

Training Development and Delivery :

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations for Luminator stationary signs and video mirror systems.
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff, field service technicians, and customers, both in-person and virtually.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants grasp technical concepts effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Product Support Lab Management :

What You’ll Bring to the Team :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Education, or relevant technical field required or equivalent experience.

Computer based training software.

Experience with stationary signs and video mirror systems preferred.

Previous experience in a field service technician role preferred. ​​​​​​​

Certifications in technical training or instructional design preferred.
