Epidemiologist Jobs in Los Angeles, CA

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for an Epidemiologist. The Epidemiologist will assist with administrative efforts and plan, design, implement, evaluate, and manage health-related surveillance systems, epidemiologic studies, and field investigations.

The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 7 / 31 / 25 with potential renewal.

Pay Rate-

46.10 / hr working 40 hours a week

Shifts : Hybrid Job 2 days a week inoffice minimum

Minimum Qualifications :

• A masters degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in epidemiology or its equivalent and three years of experience assisting in the design, conduct, and evaluation of epidemiologic studies and field investigations -OR- A doctoral degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in epidemiology or its equivalent -AND- one-year work experience as an epidemiologist; and
• A valid Class C California Drivers License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
• Proficiency in SAS SAS Viya experience Experience developing publicly-facing interactive dashboards Knowledge of HL7 message, NEDSS electronic case reporting, and RCKMS
