As a Texas Instruments Equipment Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment.
Responsibilities include :
- Support production activities through maximizing up-time and performance of critical process equipment.
- Assume ownership of maintaining and calibrating production tools in accordance with specifications.
- Improve tool up-time availability and utilization efficiency.
- Improve Preventive Maintenance strategies and protocols.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work closely with process engineers to understand equipment interactions and limitations relative to operating specifications.
- Solve critical equipment issues, leveraging on experience and systematic approach.
- Identify and pursue potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve quality, cost, and cycle time
