Overview :
A growing and dynamic private equity firm based in Boca Raton FL is seeking an accomplished Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This high-impact role is ideal for an experienced financial services or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Controller who is ready to step into a more strategic fast-paced investment environment. You will oversee all financial reporting internal controls compliance budgeting forecasting and cash flow management while serving as a key financial partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all accounting operations including monthly close financial consolidations investor reporting and capital account activity.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory and investor requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls accounting policies and procedures to support a rapidly growing investment platform.
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning partnering with leadership to model fund performance operating budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Oversee cash flow management capital calls distributions liquidity planning and treasury functions.
- Provide strategic financial guidance by delivering analysis dashboards and insights that support investment decisions operational improvements and firm-wide growth initiatives.
- Coordinate external audits tax filings and compliance with auditors fund administrators and tax advisors.
- Implement process enhancements and financial systems improvements to strengthen accuracy scalability and efficiency across the finance function.
- Collaborate with deal teams on transaction support financial due diligence and integration planning as needed.
