  • Ensure solutions support long-term business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of solution designs.
  • Present architectural recommendations to leadership and gain approval for proposed solutions.

  • Integration and Customization :
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes in Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of RICE-W components and the ADF framework.
  • Cross-Functional Process Knowledge :

  • Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Inventory Management processes.
  • Technical Leadership :

  • Ability to guide development teams on best practices for Oracle Fusion customizations and extensions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex configurations and integrations.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Oracle certifications in SCM or Financials.
  • Experience with agile project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Background in healthcare, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven track record in architecting and delivering SCM and finance-focused solutions.
