Fitometry Health Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability.
This is a consultative sales position. You'll manage prospective members from initial inquiry through enrollment by:

Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services, personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Fitness industry experience is not required. Sales ability, communication skills, curiosity, work ethic, and coachability matter most.
Fitometry isn't a traditional gym, and we're not looking for a traditional gym salesperson. We want someone who can understand what a prospect needs, communicate our value, and help them confidently take the next step.
