Work with business stakeholders to understand, define, and / or improve business process and system flows for Oracle Cloud.
Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation team.
Work as a functional SME working closely with business on understanding their needs and providing solutions working with technical team.
Create and maintain system architecture, data flow and other technical artifacts working closely with domain architects and other technology teams for existing and new solutions being implemented.
Participate in the Change Management process for the applications.
Provide training to end users and / or other IT personnel.
Ability to review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.
Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.
Ability to write functional specification documents pertaining to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in IT or finance / accounting directly using Oracle Cloud ERP
4+ years’ experience working with design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and EPM.
Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.
Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels) / external (to include vendors – Sales / Technology)
Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation
Other Requirements
Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
Hands on software development and / or implementation experience preferred.
Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
4+ years of experience writing functional and / or technical requirements for software implementations.
Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts
MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.
