Job descriptionA minimum of 5 years of experience as an escrow officer, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in commercial escrow transactions. Strong knowledge of escrow processes, legal requirements, and industry standards. Ability to use SoftPro software or a willingness to quickly learn and adopt its functionality. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. A book of business is highly preferred, demonstrating established relationships within the commercial real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing top-notch service to all clients and partners. 5+ years of escrow work as an Escrow Officer OR Assistant Escrow Officer. Experience can be a blend of commercial and residential title work as long as the candidate as at least 2+ years in commercial escrow work. There are NO education or certification requirements.
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex commercial escrow transactions and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial escrow transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless closings.
- Prepare, review, and manage escrow documents, including settlement statements and funding details.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain transaction timelines.
- Provide clients with detailed explanations of escrow processes and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to maintain and grow a personal book of business.
