Our real estate team regularly advises the firm’s clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financings. We are seeking a real estate associate with 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm, including title and survey review.
Associates will have an opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team of attorneys who provide active mentoring and ongoing training. You will be given the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and direct client contact to gain a wide range of experience working with leading and innovative companies.
A primary focus will be working on projects with our Energy & Climate Solutions Practice Group. The ECS Practice Group is unique in its mission-driven focus on clean energy and climate-friendly related projects, technologies, and business models, and works with project developers and sponsors in a broad range of clean technologies from solar, wind and battery storage to nuclear, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilization and sequestration projects throughout the United States and abroad.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm, including title and survey review.
- Must be licensed in California.
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, are required.
