This position focuses on selling off-market residential investment properties to a diverse range of buyers, including investors, developers, and funds. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
Compensation :
- Commission-based pay structure :
- Average earnings : $65,000–$85,000
- Top performers : $125,000+
- Opportunities for additional income through supplemental acquisition activities.
