Job Details
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join its Tax Planning and Business Transactions section. The ideal candidate will have :
Experience : Prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm environment.
Education : An LL.M. in Tax is preferred, but candidates with a J.D. and a demonstrated interest in tax planning and business transactional work will also be considered.
Skills : Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
Licensing : Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
Responsibilities :
Provide legal advice and support on tax planning and business transactions.
Draft and review legal documents related to tax and business transactions.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely completion.
