Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions, financing, and development, as well as experience in affordable housing and public finance. This role involves advising clients on various real estate matters, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to real estate financing and transactions.
- Assist in due diligence processes for real estate deals, including title reviews and assessments.
- Provide legal guidance on affordable housing projects and public finance matters.
- Collaborate with corporate attorneys on transactions involving real estate components.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
