We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join our team for a critical project involving the migration of various databases to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and GCP, with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data migration. Proficiency in Python is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Migration : Lead the migration of various databases like Oracle to GCP, ensuring data integrity.
ETL Development : Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IICS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to GCP.
GCP Expertise : Utilize GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, and Cloud Composer to build and optimize data pipelines.
Python Scripting : Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks.
Agile Methodology : Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to data migration and ETL processes promptly.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of + years of experience in ETL development and data migration.
Proven experience with IICS and GCP.
Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
Expertise in GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Cloud Composer).
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Familiarity with Python scripting for data processing.
Soft Skills :
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
