Work you’ll do

As an OTT Insurance Transformation Senior Consultant, you will bring considerable technical expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients. You will be the lead person to interface between the clients and our Deloitte teams. You will serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Senior Consultants will define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures and implementation. You will develop and review system requirements, design the solution, redefine the business, present the prototype, and lead the testing of our custom technology solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years consulting or relevant Insurance experience within Property & Casualty – Personal Lines, Commercial lines, Specialty Insurance
• 4 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Origami or similar package
• 4 years of experience working in one of the following sub service areas : Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration or Distribution
• Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Large-Scale System Delivery Experience preferably for Policy Administration, Billing Systems and / or Claims Systems
• 4 years of hands on ETL experience with Informatica and / or Microsoft SSIS
• 4 years experience with Data Mapping experience
• 4 years experience with SQL
• 1 year experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations
• 2 years of experience managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
