Job descriptionPerform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE where required Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required Background check and drug screen required Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and / or carry up to 25lbs. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Job Position Description : Multiple positions available
Position 1 : Miami Gardens (NW 27th Ave / 33056 zip code) Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 7 : 30pm-9 : 00pm paid at $19 hourly
Position 2 : North Miami / Adventura (Biscayne Blvd / 33181 / 33180 zip codes) Location 1 : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7 : 30pm-9 : 00pm paid at $19 hourly Location 2 : Friday 9 : 30-11 : 00pm paid at $19 hourly (This position does require a short commute to the second location on Friday evenings-reliable personal vehicle is required)
Position 3 : Cutler Bay (SW 211 St / 33189 zip code) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6 : 30pm-7 : 30pm paid at $30 hourly
Position 4 : Pembrook Pines (Pines Blvd / 33027 zip code) Tuesday and Friday 7 : 30pm-8 : 30pm paid at $30 hourly
