ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to add to our team! We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and dependable, Housekeepers, Cleaners, and Janitors. If you're looking for Full Time, Part Time, Daytime, Evening, or Night hours we have various shifts offered!

Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required! We will train the right candidate on the areas needing to be serviced as well as duties required to fulfill the position!

Some of the positions we currently have open are :

• Full Time Night Shift Housekeeper 5 : 00pm-2 : 00am
• Part Time 'Independent' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)
• Part Time 'Crew Member' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)

All ServiceMaster PBM Employees will receive :

• Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual after 6 months.

Most positions do not require use of a personal vehicle, however there are some positions that will require a personal vehicle and a valid Driver's License,

No supply transportation is required, all supplies are provided and kept on site.

NOTE : Employees must meet the requirements listed below for the positions : Floating, Site Supervisor, Production Assistant, and Area Account Managers.

• Speak, read, and write the English language.
• Have your own vehicle that you can use daily for work. (including valid drivers license, insurance, and registration)
• Be able to pass multiple background checks.
• 7 day availability from 6 : 30am-6 : 30pm (Daytime employee) or 5 : 00pm-3 : 30am (Evening employee) Primarily M-F, weekends as coverage is needed.

Job Position Description :

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers', their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to :

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required

Physical Demands and Qualifications :

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and / or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
