Job Title

Ensures appropriate staffing of the nursing units on a daily basis. Looks ahead to fill vacant shifts with internal staff and external supplemental staffing agencies. Inputs accurate census, acuity and staffing data into the scheduling system to generate daily reports, and performs clerical, reception and general office duties. Creates a culture of sensitivity to nurses' needs while filling the patient care bases. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget / impact.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience :

• High School Education / GED or equivalent : Required
• Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Preferred
