Your day-to-day :
- Ensure residents receive medications / treatments as prescribed by their physician and follow the 6 rights of medication administration.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Effectively interact with residents with dementia.
- Participate in resident activities.
- Lead your shift with the leadership and direction of the RN, DON.
- Incorporate opportunities to create small, but memorable, experiences for residents.
