We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences. As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with the event team to ensure the smooth operation of all event activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of events, both on-site and off-site.
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, transportation, catering, and equipment rental.
Provide administrative support, including creating and maintaining event schedules, budgets, and guest lists.
Communicate with vendors, guests, and team members to ensure all event details are addressed.
Assist with managing event registration and guest check-in processes.
Monitor event timelines and ensure activities run according to schedule.
Assist with the preparation and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide on-site support to the event manager, helping troubleshoot any last-minute issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the event team.
