Event coordinator Jobs in Cary, NC

This is a fast-paced, Hybrid / remote position and an opportunity for the right individual to be part of a dynamic and growing IT organization!

Position Requirements & Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of professional experience working as a Marketing Assistant or Event Coordinator, ideally in the Information Technology space
• Experience with email marketing campaigns, trade shows, event planning and execution
• Planning vendor / client in office lunches & small seminars- Kitchen / Catering / Hospitality
• Ordering of General office supplies, & coordinating Trade show materials, FedEx & UPS receiving & shipping
• Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Enthusiastic, detail oriented & self-motivated
• Good computer skills for generating reports viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing information
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in graphic design is helpful.
• Time management skills for juggling numerous time sensitive projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the company in public and during partner events
