Take ownership of budget tracking and allocation for trade events, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Share trends and vision for trade show visibility and presence.
Lead Event Execution and Coordination :
Collaborate with agencies, brand partners, and vendors to plan and execute trade events seamlessly.
Manage logistics including vendor set-up, payments, shipping, and activation to ensure flawless execution.
Facilitate regular communication and coordination with brand partners, event organizers, and internal teams through weekly planning calls and updates.
Brand Representation and Asset Development :
Work closely with division leadership to determine priorities.
Work closely with brand teams to develop the vision and execution (approve messaging, graphics, and digital assets for use at trade events, maintaining brand consistency and integrity).
Ensure alignment of event activities with brand guidelines and objectives to maximize impact and resonance.
Timeline Management and Reporting :
Define process for visibility of timeline and reporting.
Provide timely and comprehensive reports on event performance, including key metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
Regional Pop-Up Events and Presentation Support :
Develop and plan regional pop-up events, ensuring a consistent brand experience across locations.
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
4+ years of experience in marketing or events.
Expected to travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be highly responsible, a self-starter and accountable for managing their time and responsibilities while spending time both in the office and on the road.

Project Management : High level of organization and coordination capabilities including managing orders, calendars, budgets, and event logistics.
Deep understanding of Community relationships and brand authenticity.
Knowledge of and passion for event planning.
Prior industry relationships and experience in event planning.
